1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• By using the service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Services Provided

• Online booking of simulator bays and sessions
• Purchase and management of membership passes
• Integration with facility management systems

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details.
• You agree not to misuse the service (e.g., fraudulent bookings, unauthorized access).

4. Payments & Memberships

• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• Memberships and passes are subject to the terms set by each facility.
• All purchases are final unless the facility’s cancellation policy applies.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, and trademarks on Kaddie are the property of KimCaddie Inc.
